License for Purchased Digital Goods

This license agreement governs the use of any digital goods, including but not limited to PPDT/TAT Image Packs, WAT sets, and SRT sets ("Digital Goods"), purchased from Ace SSB.

Grant of License

Upon successful purchase, Ace SSB grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Digital Goods for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted to the individual purchaser and is not to be shared or distributed.

Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

• Download and store the Digital Goods on your personal devices (e.g., computer, tablet, phone).
• Print copies of the Digital Goods for your own personal study and practice.

Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reselling, sub-licensing, sharing, or otherwise distributing the Digital Goods, whether for free or for profit.
• Uploading the Digital Goods to any website, server, or file-sharing service.
• Using the Digital Goods for any commercial purpose, such as in coaching classes, paid workshops, or other commercial training activities, without a separate Commercial License.
• Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works from the Digital Goods.
• Removing any copyright, trademark, or watermark notices from the Digital Goods.

Commercial Use License

To obtain a Commercial License, you must first purchase the desired digital product. The confirmation email you receive will contain your purchased items and a link to our commercial license application form. You must complete and submit this form, detailing your intended commercial use (e.g., coaching institute name, platform details). Do not share digital goods with unlicensed users. Ownership and Copyright

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Digital Goods, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Ace SSB. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Digital Goods but does not transfer ownership.
